Reckless Driving carries a fine of $445 or up to 30 days in jail. There is no license suspension for a first offense but it does apply six points against your license and your insurance will go up.

If you are convicted of a second offense within five years of the first offense, you will receive a three-month license suspension, pay a reinstatement fee, and be required to obtain SR-22 insurance for 3 years.
